‘I make no criticism of the appellant for seeking help from a generative AI tool. It is understandable that some litigants turn to tools of this kind. She was frank with the court about what she had done. She acknowledged and corrected the error it created when it inserted wrong wording into Class U, which was a probable “hallucination”. I am grateful to her for that.‘
